Unplanned Maintenance
We sincerely apologise for the continued downtime of the Customer Portal.
During a database maintenance routine, the main transaction table was unfortunately truncated. While we would normally restore from digital backups, Michael's recent attendance at a data protection course has significantly complicated the recovery process.
He returned with an intense enthusiasm for physical security, which led to our primary backups being locked inside an unused heavy steel safe at the Thomas Flat Football Club for "maximum protection" against cyber threats.
Regrettably, the backups are currently unreachable as the combination to this vintage safe is unknown, and Michael is currently having trouble recalling the exact sequence.
🚨 CALL FOR ASSISTANCE:
If anyone in the community remembers the safe's combination, please let Raynor know immediately. We are desperately hoping someone can provide the sequence before Saturday's game to help jog Michael's memory and save our data.
